The officers present:  John Hess (chairman), Mike Degen (supervisor),

Leonard Olson (supervisor), Laurie Baruch (treasurer), and Mary Lloyd-Jones (clerk). 

Absent: none

Meeting called to order at 7:02.

Minutes

Motion to approve December minutes (Olson/Hess) carried unanimously. 

Treasurer’s Report

Motion to approve treasurer’s report (Degen/Olson) carried unanimously.  E-mail from Paula Dail complaining about tax roll published in the newsletter.  Consensus of entire group was to continue as we have done.

TRIP applications accepted

Single lane and posted bridge on Sneed Creek Road and narrow and posted bridge on Weaver Road. Three other projects in Clyde were proposed in addition to our 2, all were approved. Our share should be about $25,000 each. If we work with Clyde we can get a break on all the work. Greg will look at our bridges & make a proposal. We should be able to borrow from State Trust Fund easily.

Tax Settlement – December 31, 2011

Checks all written.

Plan Commission Information Report

No meeting. One question about building siting in the future. Meeting next month for storage shed.

White church zoned a-1, greg zoning thinks it needs to be rezoned to H-1 historical.

Wisconsin DOC Work Related Injuries and Illnesses Report

            Due March 1, 2012, Hess will complete.

February 21^st Spring Primary

Cindy Mack might train for chief inspector.

Correspondence

HOTRR will have a timber cutting.
